Aimee’s Background and Specialties

In 2006, I began my home staging business and in 2012,  I earned my Texas Realtor® license with Altus Realty in Celina, Texas.

As the founder of Spaces & Places, I assist buyers and sellers with their real estate needs through Altus Realty, a brokerage firm in Collin County, serving the areas of McKinney, Plano, Allen, Frisco, Celina, Little Elm, Prosper, and Gunter. 

My passion for real estate and design began at a young age and continued into my college years, where I studied Business, Interior Design, and Real Estate while taking on staging and material selection projects for homes of family and friends. 

I specialize in space planning during the design concept phase and selecting interior and exterior building materials for new builds or remodels: such as tiles, flooring, wall coverings, hardware, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, etc.

Additionally, I have a mission to share clean, non-toxic home, pet, and garden products far and wide.

My ideal client as a residential listing agent is one who values home staging and the process of prioritizing your return on investment.  

I am highly experienced in the acquisition and sale of investment property/acreage.  

As a buyer’s agent, I excel in finding property for clients who are looking to build their new custom home,  where my residential space planning and material selections services are utilized during owner, architect, and builder collaborations.
